Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will only be issued for cancellations prior to March 1, 2008. If you cancel after that date, you will be charged 50% of your ticket price. In the event that Making It in the City LIVE! is cancelled by the production company, you will receive a full refund for your ticket. Q100 INSIDER and 99X FREELOADER offers are non-refundable.
